The purpose of this e-mail is to make you aware of two upcoming dates in our CEO Breakfast series. CEO Breakfasts are designed to brief senior management of contact centres and BPO companies (CEOs, MDs, customer services managers and contact centre managers) on issues of concern and relevance to the industry. The events are also high-level networking platforms and attendance is limited to 2 senior people per company. Some of the events are sponsored and therefore free and some carry a small cover charge.
