G8 REBOOT – Lend us your screens.

by oneafrikan on July 1, 2005

It’s been an awesome trip the last few weeks.

Starting off with just 40 unique visitors other than us on the first day we launched G8 REBOOT, we’ve hit over 6 000 unique visitors in about 10 days, and the text we’ve asked people to post has been translated into more languages than I understand.

Along the way we’ve picked up supporters from all over the world, and received emails of support that truly made it all worthwhile.

Thank you! ;-)

Bit tomorrow it all starts – with the largest music event in history aimed at raising awareness for the G8 summit next week, I’m going to make the post to my website to tell people who visit it (I get more visits per day from Sudoku searches than anything else) about what’s going on, and next week I’m going to post some more.

I urge you to do the same, and to ask your friends to join you.

Lend us your screens.

PS: I’m also going to put together a list of people who have supported to say thanks – stay tuned for that.
