Yet let me spell out the picture of Cape Town - or in fact South Africa in Dec/Jan * No Petrol (National) * Power failures (Local and National, with more predicted) * Corruption that makes Idi Amin proud Naturally all of the above filtered through to neighbouring countries, Botswana, Zambia, Mozambique - suffering petrol and power knock on effects.... Yip I'm mad. Even SA, smells like Zimbabwe... As a Zimbabwean born southern African. It makes me mad.
