Getting started with Google Maps

by oneafrikan on February 23, 2006

Did a brief tutorial on how to add Google Maps to your site, for the magazine I write for… but found it really interesting how you can overlay pretty much any data onto a Google Map – so the possibilities are there – all you need is Geo data, which at this stage seems pretty hard to come by programmatically…

Anyways – of you want the source, then take a gander at: http://code.oneafrikan.com/google_maps/
=> 10 bucks to anyone who tells me who the address is for!! You’ll also need an API key for it to work on your site / server…

Came by it from a post at Exploration Age, but their blog seems to be down now…
