    I call this “in-boxing”

mmm - that doesnt quite work written down. Imagine it said outloud by a chap with raised fists.

    Hey Brad

Looks interesting - how do you guys think it compares to the GTD Outlook plugin? I’m gonna do some more reading - thanks for the link!!

The current product, 1.1x, is complementary to the GTD plugin. ClearContext prioritizes and color-codes the inbox and automates filing of message conversations. I know that Craig, who posted a review of our product in the GTD forums, uses us in conjunction with the add-in:

and Omar Shahine has adapted his GTD process to include ClearContext:

FYI - Our 2.0 release, currently in beta, adds workflow functionality including deferring messages, creating tasks and appointments, and other features that can be customized to automate a lot of the work in methodologies such as GTD.

If you decide to try us out, feel free to drop me a line directly with questions, feedback, etc.. I’m happy to help in whatever way that I can and, given what I have read on your blog, I think ClearContext might be an excellent way to solve your email headaches.
